Understanding and relaying information as fast as possible was key to working at the boardgame library. Helping at events and in the library itself, it was crucial to know as many game rules as possible - learn new mechanisms quickly, and then explain these rules as comprehensibly as possible. I enjoyed my time there and I got to learn and play a great many boardgames. People should default to playing more boardgames in group settings in my opinion 🤷‍♂️
